Not suitable for too loose or too tight, too tight cardboard will squash, too loose cardboard will run out of position.

2. The hardness of the rubber roller of the paper feed roller is too high

When the hardness is too high, the pressure of the paper feeding roller on the cardboard increases and it is easy to slip. When the cardboard is light, the feeding cannot be passed, and the cardboard is compressed flat, it is likely that the hardness of the paper feed roller is too high, when the hardness is higher than 40 degrees Should be replaced with replacement.

3. The feed roller is dirty, resulting in inconsistent thickness of the feed roller

Dirty paper feed rollers lead to inconsistent thickness of the feed roller and also cause the cardboard to be squashed in some areas. Generally, some dirt on the surface of the cardboard is embedded in the paper feeding stick and slowly accumulated. It is extremely harmful to the printed product and easily causes the printing to be white.

4. The parallelism of the feed roller is bad

This type is relatively easy to distinguish. As long as the cardboard is flattened and not on the other side, it means that the paper feed rollers are not parallel. Just make appropriate adjustments.

Fifth, too much printing pressure on the printing plate will also crush the cardboard

Especially when the printing pressure is large, the solid plate is most likely to appear, so when doing large-area solid printing, it is necessary to start with the ink and the printing plate to reduce the printing pressure value. Only by reducing the printing pressure value can the thickness of the cardboard be guaranteed.
