Germany WALZ launches several MINI-PAM-II extension accessories

In early May 2016, Germany's WALZ launched a new MINI-PAM-II accessory after the launch of the MINI-PAM-II. The new accessories made the MINI-PAM-II a lot of expansion ports reserved at the beginning of the design. The role makes the MINI-PAM-II even more powerful.

● 2054-L external LED light source

Can be connected to the 2035-B leaf clip to provide external actinic light. Red, green, blue and white, the maximum excitation wavelength is 630 nm red light, 520 nm green light, 452 nm blue light and white light of 450 nm-680 nm. The maximum light intensity per wavelength is 1500 μmol m-2 s-1. When externally powered, the overall maximum light intensity can reach 6000 μmol m-2 s-1, and the color combination can be freely selected. Provides flexible options for studying the relationship between glare and different light quality and photosynthesis.

● FSO2-1 single channel fiber optic oxygen meter

The FSO2-AK FireStingO2 signal converter is connected to the MINI-PAM-II fluorometer to simultaneously record changes in chlorophyll fluorescence and oxygen concentration. From the fluorescence data we can get the photosynthetic linear electron transfer rate, and the change in oxygen concentration will be affected by both oxygen release and consumption. Therefore, simultaneous measurement of electron transport rate and oxygen concentration can provide an in-depth study of the relationship between photosynthesis, photorespiration, and dark breathing.

● Single line handheld laser scanner

It can be connected to the MINI-PAM-II while saving barcode information and fluorescence data. Save time and improve efficiency on the basis of well-designed experiments.
