Research on Evaluation Method of Uncertainty in Measurement of Physical and Chemical Testing of Materials
For the physical and chemical testing laboratory of materials, in order to improve the reliability of measurement uncertainty evaluation, it is proposed that different evaluation methods should be adopted for different testing parameters of materials. The evaluation of the measurement uncertainty of the mechanical properties of metal materials was discussed. It is proposed that the direct evaluation method can be used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of tensile properties and Vickers hardness test results, and the comprehensive evaluation method should be adopted. The measurement uncertainty of the impact properties, Brinell hardness and Rockwell hardness test results were evaluated. At the same time, it is pointed out that the comprehensive evaluation method can satisfactorily solve some difficulties in the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of physical and chemical detection results of metal materials.
