Care instructions
1. Regular inspection of mechanical parts shall be carried out once a month. Check whether the bolts, bearings and other active parts of the worm gears, worm gears, and bearings are rotated flexibly and in a worn condition. The defects shall be promptly repaired and shall not be used recklessly.
2. The machine should be used in a dry and clean room. It must not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other gases that are corrosive to the body.
3. After the machine is used or when it is stopped, remove the rotating drum to clean and brush the remaining powder inside the bucket, and then install it to prepare for the next use.
4. When the roller is shaken before and after work, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position. If the shaft oscillates, please adjust the M10 screw at the rear of the bearing frame to the proper position, adjust the clearance to ensure that the bearing does not produce audible noise, rotate the pulley by hand, and tighten properly.
