Ink special wax

Ink special wax is used to control the printing ink's working performance, drying performance, and improve the anti-eras performance. The formation of floccular structure inside the vehicle can promote the ink's high pigment content and stickiness, avoiding the ink being too thick or penetrating. When the sex is too great, the printed matter appears blurred.

Animal waxes and vegetable waxes were first used. Beeswax, candid wax, carnauba wax and Japanese wax are still used today. Natural beeswax is used in most printing inks. Beeswax can improve the lifting performance of the ink. However, the current shortage of beeswax resources and high prices can not meet the needs of the ink industry. Some petroleum and petrochemical plants in northeast China have developed a kind of high-quality, inexpensive alternative, ink special wax.

The application tests of the Shenyang Ink Factory and the Shenyang North Ink Factory have proved that the special waxes and various additives in ink production have good mutual solubility and stable quality and can completely replace natural beeswax for ink production.

The product has sufficient raw materials, simple process, low cost, stable quality, and has strong competitiveness in the national ink industry. The development of this product provides favorable conditions for the refinery to develop wax chemicals.
