DD5.0MeV / 20mA industrial electronic irradiation accelerator has been tested on site by users, and its performance index reaches: no-load energy 5.5 MeV, maximum beam current 24mA, energy and beam current instability is less than 3%; scan at 3.0 MeV to 5.0 MeV energy The unevenness is less than 10%; the operating vacuum is better than 5 * 10-5Pa. Each technical index has reached or exceeded the design index, in line with the national standard (GB / T25306-2010) "General Specification for Electron Accelerator Engineering for Radiation Processing". Both 5.0 MeV / 24mA and 5.0 MeV / 20mA beam conditions have passed the continuous operation test in accordance with the national standard.
