Finding and resolving problems in a timely manner is a guarantee for improving the quality of printed products and reducing the rejection rate. 1. Flower Edition

(1) The water supply is too large. This can be solved by reducing the water bucket roll angle or reducing the water bucket roll speed.

(2) There is too much water in the velvet. The water roller is run in a "suspended water" state to consume excess moisture absorbed by the water sac, or to scrape excess moisture from the water sizing with a squeegee.

(3) Ink emulsification is severe. Replaceable ink try.
(4) The pressure between the water roller and the plate is too large. Reduce the pressure of the water roller.
(5) The pressure between the ink roller and the printing plate is too small. Increase the pressure on the ink roller.
(6) The printing time is too long. Problems from the plate must be completely resolved by replacing the plate.

2. Paste version (1) insufficient water. You can increase the amount of water by increasing the angle of the fountain roller or increasing the speed.
(2) There is less water in the bucket, resulting in insufficient water supply. This kind of failure is most likely to occur when water is added manually. The solution is to add water to the bucket to ensure sufficient water supply.

(3) The water roller or the water roller has serious abrasion of the water velvet, causing poor water. To replace water glue.

(4) The surface of the fountain roller adheres to oily impurities such as ink, and the ink is not repelled due to the repulsion of the ink. Scrub the bucket roller.
(5) There are too many inks on the surface of the water velvet or string water roller, which will cause the water to pass. The problem will be solved after cleaning the water or string water roller.

(6) The pressure between the water rollers or the pressure between the water roller and the plate is insufficient. Try to adjust the pressure.
(7) The pressure between the ink roller and the plate is too high. Adjust pressure.
(8) Too much ink. Need to reduce the amount of ink supply.
(9) Ink roller pressing time is too early. It should be filled with water and then inked.
(10) Exposure of the surface of the plate causes poor hydrophilicity. The plate must be replaced.

In addition to the printing version and the paste version, the printing ink and the paste version are related to the printed version. In the final analysis, the ink and wash ink is not balanced. Practice has proved that: The best state of offset ink and ink balance is to use as little water as possible on the basis of not dirty, except for waterless offset printing. Only by properly understanding the ink-and-wash balance can you print a good product.
