2. Line width and text size should be appropriate

(1) For ordinary line printing, the minimum line width is 0 20mm. For reverse line printing, the minimum line width is 0.25mm. Division must include

3. Do a good job trapping

(1) There should be a slight overlap between different colors. Usually in order to get the correct overprinting, the color of the adjacent color of the color manuscript is 0.1 5mm, so as to make up for the error during overprinting.

(2) It is necessary to be cautious when overprinting different colors. Usually black is printed at the end. In general, screen printing cannot achieve a soft color reproduction effect.

(3) When a color is imprinted on another color, it will cause the color to change. Therefore, when the pattern and text need to be imprinted on the background color, the background color of the corresponding position should be hollowed out. When a color is printed on a white background. Colors can be more accurately represented. However, black is another matter. 4. Network requirements

(1) Dot shape: It is recommended to use elliptical dots, whose copying effect is better than circular dots.

(2) Dot Area Rate: When screen printing is used to print optical discs, the dot reproduction range is generally 15% to 85%. Although screen printing is a time-honored printing method, and CD printing plants have a wealth of experience in high-quality screen printing, it must not be expected that screen printing can be as exquisite as paper offset printing. Comparable with offset printing. You know, less than 15% of outlets may not be printed at all, while more than 85% of outlets may be all in the field. Therefore, attention must be paid to this when designing and making art papers.

(3) Network line angle: In four-color printing, the network line angles are arranged to be C75°YO°M15° and K45°, respectively. Use 45° for monochrome printing. The specific network line angle arrangement is shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
