A stable environment is the basis for us to promote an excellent business environment. A stable and good printing environment can create better corporate profits for us. A stable environment can provide a courage for successful printing companies to try new technology positioning, so as to create more business for us. The highly stable printing environment can also bring us a stable customer source and good customer loyalty. It is precisely because of such a stable program control that we can make the printing workshop rejuvenate more vitality and new ideas today in the face of fierce competition from many new media. The reason why I say this is because this morning, many experts mentioned that there are many emerging media, these will soon become our printing alternatives, so we must work hard to maintain a prosperity of printing. Printing is very simple, basically the principle of transferring ink to the substrate. Printing companies and workers often deal with ink, they can even feel the ink swimming in their own blood vessels, so ink is a very critical thing. But we faced a very serious challenge, that is, we kept transferring ink to the substrate, repeating it from morning to night, all year round. Then the mobility, stability, and speed of printing have become the needs of the printing industry. As we all know, in the entire printing process, the ink plate to the blanket, and then to the paper, and the dot is used as a basic transfer element to connect this printing process with each other. The quality of the dots directly affects the quality and stability of the printed matter and is the core element of the print quality. It has nothing to do with the use of the FM network or the AM network. So outlets directly affect our visual effects. This morning our Mr. Dai Jinong has explained some of the benefits of the Fangjia FM network in detail, so here I will not go into details but just make some supplementary explanations. Mr. Dai Jinong's explanation this morning is very intuitive and very good. Therefore, it is precisely because of so many advantages that many printing companies are pursuing and studying FM network technology. Then it also includes the details control of the photo, the elimination of the net pattern and the control of the printing plate ink amount. The FM network does seem to have many benefits, so what kind of efforts should we make to realize these advantages? Then I will introduce to you many important and specific conditions. Shifangjia's FM network is not a very simple implementation process, so we require the printing house to follow such a simple procedure to implement. We are recommending that single-sheet commercial printing companies should build a stable printing environment from the Fangjia 25-micron FM network. Will not improve printing efficiency. For other printing technologies and equipment, we recommend using 36 microns as a starting point. As a first step, we usually advise customers to establish a stable yellow and green printing and proofing environment so that they can better match the two. Next, we suggest that the company has a good cooperation with the ink manufacturer, so that the company can get good ink support during the process of transfer or improvement from the traditional AM network to the FM network. Usually we do not recommend changing inks frequently, but in case of such a demand, ink experts can give our companies good support. Ink experts are very familiar with this aspect, so we must actively adopt their suggestions. Then the next step is to suggest that our printing company has a good process control and printing environment maintenance. This includes some conditions of pH, ink and ink balance and blanket. At the same time, the structure of the printing machine also needs to have a very good maintenance The roller must have a very good procedure so that it can receive water well. The next step is to detect a standardized ink density. This is so because all testing and proofreading are based on a stable ink and printing environment. When all the preparations are completed, our printing machine can print. So that we can start to do some color corrections. Next, I will talk about some details about what kind of ink is a good "seeing the best" environment. First, FM screen printing has high requirements for the viscosity of the ink. The ink needs to move smoothly between the rollers. Some of our customers will find that due to the high viscosity of the ink, the tiny dots cannot be transferred from the plate to the paper, so the appropriate ink particle size is very important. The last important part is the blanket. Let me introduce you to the accumulation and distribution of ink under different dot sizes. Understanding these conditions means that you can easily change the tone of the middle tone. Because the dots of the FM network are very small, the increase in ink causes the middle tone to move and drift to the dark tone. So this is why the Fangjia FM network is a very digital process, which means that it is difficult to change the corresponding color tone by changing the size of the ink control. At the same time, when using the Fangjia FM network, because the outlet is too small, the water requirements will be relatively high, so we do not recommend excessive water. After talking about inks, I want to talk briefly about some basic requirements before printing. We require a good CTP plate, and also require a very good preservation environment of the plate, with a relatively stable exposure and processing environment. In addition, we need to adjust a very standard curve. So the most important thing is that the color curve during calibration and printing must be kept constant, and it is based on a unified standard ink. We can take a look at the picture above, which is a curve of yellow dots, black dots and four dots. Basically, all four curves can be superposed together. In an ideal situation, they are able to cooperate well together. The reason why we want to suggest this kind of curve is because the expansion of FM network points is relatively serious. This is because the dots of the FM network are very densely distributed. In such a densely distributed FM network, since the distance between the dots is very small, more light is controlled between these dots. Then it is precisely because of such a factor that our network expansion is relatively serious. At the same time, the color gamut space of the Fangjia FM network is also increased. Under the ink is the printing of paper, so that the light can be refracted very well. So without color management, Fangjia's outlets will look darker. It is precisely because of this that we can reduce the amount of ink under the same visual effect to achieve the same color statement effect. It is precisely because of this that our inks have higher print durability. On single sheet printing, this demand may not be much. But in many high-speed machine rotary machines, this kind of demand is relatively large, which makes sense. Our statistics show that compared to traditional AM networks, ink savings of 10% to 15% can be achieved. Now I want to briefly introduce how to configure the prepress system in order to achieve a better viewing effect. Kodak has developed a winning machine with a basic concept to help us maintain a process control. So the first step is to establish a size that allows us to easily control the exposure. Then this can make our size absolutely register after each exposure. The next key indicator is that our machine has a resolution of 1000dpi. At the same time, we have a very good dynamic focusing function so that during the movement of the plate on the drum, our laser is always in focus. When we talk about exposure, you can imagine that there are four laser beams. As the CTP roller rolls, our four beams can be exposed every four steps. Then you can see that due to such a mechanism, we can absolutely guarantee the registration accuracy and the consistency of the exposure, as well as the stability of the entire exposure and the tolerance of the exposure. So when we used 10000dpi light beam to expose, we saw a very obvious difference. Then it is the latitude of exposure, which is a big improvement compared with our 2400dpi exposure. When talking about the magnitude of this variable, I mean that we can see that there are often fluctuations in the printing environment and printing index in all printing workshops. Then the magnitude of such a variable is caused by many factors. May be related to temperature, humidity and paper. So we must ensure that this change is within acceptable limits. Because of this change, the dots have a great relationship with the resolution. The machine's network points are required to have a high resolution. On this picture, I will show you how different environment variables affect it at 200dpi. Then, under reasonable exposure conditions, all these outlets can achieve the desired results. Then under this change, we will obviously feel that under the relatively thick laser exposure mode, its variable amplitude will be much larger. It will be much higher than the exposure in high-definition mode. Due to such a mechanism, we did a comparative test a few years ago. The Gaussian curve and our square laser point, they have a range of changes in the consequences of the exposure fluctuations. You can see that this is A change in 10% of cases, the result of the influence of the square dot change amplitude is very small in our opinion. In other words, we are very tolerant of this kind of exposure or resistance to change, so I want to introduce you to the basic case of the application of the FM network in the last few minutes. This is a commercial printing company. They use five-color non-spot color printing methods. Because they use the non-spot color technology based on Fangjia 20 micron, they can better serve their customers. Provide better creativity and design flexibility. The home may be surprised. It is still difficult to use Fangjia FM outlets in newspaper printing, but we do see that newspaper outlets are adopting such outlets in North America and elsewhere. One very obvious reason is that they hope that this technology will enable them to improve the quality of their advertising positions in the commercial field. The very obvious trend now is that more and more newspaper printing involves the business field, so everyone pay attention to this screen. This is a Japanese newspaper industry that has won international awards, so everyone now sees that the quality and layout are very commercial. This was rare in the past. At the same time, not long ago, we saw that this technology has great application in the printing of yellow pages and directory. The main reason is that this technology can save ink and improve printing quality. Then the last proof that I want to share with you is a color spline of Pantong. Printing this kind of spline in the past was a very painful process. It usually takes 6 months of printing time. Then in a very limited printing environment, only 6 to 8 colors can be printed.
