Omet Varyflex shaftless flexo printing machine

Varyflex is the most mature and most installed non-shaft drive flexo printing press. It uses set technology. The plate cylinder is completely controlled by an independent motor. Due to the fact that the gear mechanical transmission is not limited, the overprinting accuracy and production efficiency are higher than those of traditional gear mechanical transmission models. Screen and gravure printing units with interchangeable positions can also be configured. The latest screen printing gravure printing technology was demonstrated at Drupa. The gravure printing unit is entirely driven directly by the motor. The modular design of Varyflex allows the flexographic printing units to be interchanged: the screen printing unit can use either woven or nickel mesh rollers. Holographic positioning hot stamping and other high-value printing force can also be achieved.
