Robot slitting and creasing machine

The new robot longitudinal slitting and creasing machine is a prominent R&D achievement by Ma Gui. The device has a horizontal feed cutting function and enables order-free switching. The combination of the slitting knife and Ma Gui's patented continuous paper web order switching process enables small order switching speeds up to 300 meters per minute, minimizing board waste.

Normal > Robotic slitting and indenting machine can switch orders at the processing speed of the production line. The order switching can be completed within 0.3 seconds and the precision can reach the industry leading level.

Normal > The product has multiple slitting and indentation stations. When the second workbench is running, it can be set on the first workbench. When the current order is withdrawn, new orders can be entered, and the order switching speed can be consistent with the processing speed of the production line. Both no-gap and natural-gap order switching apply.

Normal > Combine a single indent tool to produce up to 3 indentations. The standard component indentation table provides zero indentation intervals, and the manual assisted table allows custom indentation processing. This design helps to maximize repeatability. Moreover, the product uses a temperature-controlled box structure, which is 10 times the hardness of a typical ventilation duct, and can well control the indentation depth of various grades of cardboard.

The slitting quality provided by the Razorset thin knife slitting system can be said to be the standard in the corrugated box industry. This product has a separate sharpening device and a rotary low-nose cylinder pad to minimize paperboard dust, improve flexographic printing efficiency and print quality, reduce trimming and eliminate delamination of the slitting edge.
