Determination of Pb in Sediment by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with Hydrogenation of Suspension

Abstract: A method for the determination of Pb in sediments by atomic fluorescence spectrometry combining suspension sampling with hydrogenation was studied. Control the particle size of the suspension to be less than 0.088 mm, stir with a magnetic stirrer to ensure that the suspension is evenly and stably dispersed, the method uses hydrochloric acid as the medium, K3Fe (CN) 6 as the oxidant, and the standard curve of the aqueous solution is used to determine the sediment. For Pb, the linear range of this method is 0 ~ 200μg / L, the detection limit is 0.26μg / L, the recovery rate is 92% ~ 107%, and the precision is less than 6.5%. This method is used for the analysis of standard materials, and the measured values ​​are within the range of standard values. The results are satisfactory and have practical application value.
