Basic knowledge of printing: experience The price of printed matter is very complicated. It has a lot to do with paper, printing, post-processing and design production. When we design, we will consider imposition to avoid wasting paper, and we suggest that we try to make the quantity reach the number of prints to help customers save printing costs. The printing quotation has a great relationship with the printing quantity. The smaller the quantity, the more expensive the price. However, the cost can be saved by selecting a suitable manufacturing process. If the number of small-volume prints is less than one hundred, digital printing can be selected. The quality of the printing is related to the quality of the printing press. High quality requirements usually require higher costs. If it is less than a thousand sheets, short-run printing should be selected. For example, a Heidelberg mini-printer can be used. In this case, silk screen printing can be used as a screen printing plate, and a screen printing plate can be created by photolithography. The squeegee is used to run the ink on the screen plate through the squeegee, so that the ink passes through the empty mesh to form the desired graphic on the substrate. Screen printing features and advantages. Screen printing is currently the most important light industry, widely used in hard and soft plastic printing, and can be printed on paper, wood, metal, hardware, stone, leather, plastic, cloth, ceramics, circuit board corrosion, advertising and artwork reproduction. Mirror, mirror and electronic surface printing, etc., can also be printed on round bumps and various irregular shapes. The screen can be anything other than air and water. In water-soluble inks, sodium alginate or etherified soap gum can be used as a binder, and some polyacrylate adhesives can also be used to make printing inks. They are suitable for screen printing, gravure printing and convex printing. Plate printing legal transfer paper. Alcohol-soluble inks are prepared from binders and dyes dissolved in appropriate alcohols, such as ethyl cellulose dissolved in n-butanol and isopropanol as binders. At the time of preparation, the dye was ground with n-butanol (1:3) and then made into an ink with an ethyl cellulose in isopropyl alcohol solution. Alcohol-soluble inks are widely used. Oil-soluble inks are formulated with an oil-soluble resin (such as long oil linseed oil, isophthalic acid alkyd resin, varnish, and medium-viscosity linseed paint), calcium carbonate, and dyes in a three-roll mill. Print transfer paper on lithography. The ink for the convex plate printing can be made of castor oil, alkyl benzene, etc. into resin oil, and then it can be ground with a dye, calcium carbonate, and super boiling point oil in a three-roll mill. The dyestuff in the ink should be fully ground, otherwise there will be color spots or stripe disease on the printing paper, which becomes more obvious after being transferred. However, when the dye is too fine in the ink, the solubility of the dye particles in the ink is increased, and the flocculation of the dye is also increased, resulting in crystallization during storage and use.
A pellet grill is a type of outdoor cooking appliance that uses
compressed wood pellets as fuel to cook food. The pellets are fed into a
hopper, which then moves them into a burn pot where they are ignited by
an electric heating element. The heat generated by the burning pellets
is used to cook the food on the grill grates. Pellet grills typically
have digital temperature control systems that allow for precise
temperature regulation and cooking time. They are known for producing a
unique smoky flavor and are popular among barbecue enthusiasts.
Printing process · Prepress refers to the pre-printing work, generally refers to photography, design, production, typesetting, etc.;
·India refers to the middle of the printing process, the process of printing out the finished product through the printing press;
· India refers to the post-printing work, generally refers to the post-processing of printed materials, including cutting, laminating, die-cutting, paste bags, equipment, etc., used for promotional and packaging printing.
Printing elements and paper: There are many types of paper, which are generally divided into coated paper and uncoated paper. Coated paper generally refers to coated paper (light copper) and matt powder (unluster copper), and is mostly used for color printing; non-coated paper generally refers to offset paper and newsprint, and is generally used for printing stationery, envelopes, and newspapers.
Colors: General prints are embossed with yellow, magenta, cyan, and black colors, plus a print spot color.
Post-processing: Post-processing includes many processes, such as hot stamping, convexity, etc., which can help improve the quality of printed materials.
Classification of Printed Materials • Classified by Ultimate Product Category: Refers to stationery, envelopes, office forms, and other office-related printed matters.
Publicity: Refers to posters, leaflets, product brochures, and other printed materials related to corporate publicity or product promotion.
Production category: refers to large quantities of printed matter directly related to the production of products, such as packaging boxes and adhesive labels.
· Offset printing with presses: refers to lithography, used for printing on four-color paper.
Gravure printing: refers to gravure (usually refers to the steel version) printing, used for plastic printing.
Flexographic printing: refers to the use of flexible materials (usually refers to the resin plate, etc.), used for stickers printing.
Screen printing: It can be printed on various materials and used for gift printing.
· Sorting paper by material classification: The most commonly used printing.
Plastic printing: Mostly used for printing bags.
Special materials: Printing refers to the printing of glass, metal, wood, etc.
The printing price depends on different prints. If we need design and production, we will increase the design fee on the basis of printing. And sub-item quotation, easy for customers to visit one by one.
In the case of a small number of prints, it has the advantages of low price, high production speed, and clear results. Screen printing is suitable for all kinds of printing media, waterproof, anti-ultraviolet, bright color saturation.
Introduction of Three Ink Printing Processes for Transfer Printing Paper The color ink containing dyes is printed on paper in a selected pattern by a printing method. There are four printing methods: plain printing, gravure, embossing and screen printing. Among them, the pattern obtained by the plain printing is the finest, but the color ink layer is thin, and the requirements for the dye in the color ink are also high. The gravure color ink layer is thick, after the transfer, the fabric has a high color yield and can also print a finer pattern. Screen printing can print thicker patterns for easier printing. Printing and dyeing plants print their own method of using gravure printing and screen printing.
The printing ink contains a dye, an adhesive, a thickener, and the like. The inks used are water-soluble inks, alcohol-soluble inks, and oil-soluble inks.
