4, using an electric iron for thermal transfer method

Due to the limitation of the calorific value of the electric iron, it is generally not possible to transfer an item with an A4 size (approximately 20 x 30 cm or more). The electric iron must be able to adjust, and the greater the power, the better.

1. First adjust the iron to the cotton fabric (that is, about 170-190°C), and warm it up until the heat indicator light is on;

5, T-shirts and cotton textiles after the maintenance of the transfer method

2. Newly processed T-shirts should be washed after 2 hours. Turn clothes over to wash.
3. Do not rub the surface of the T-shirt pattern by hand (the material of the pattern surface will not be attached with dirt).
4. Do not wash with detergent containing bleach.
5. Wash with warm water or cold water below 40°C.
6. Try not to wash with a washing machine.
7. After washing, do not dry it with a clothes dryer.
8. To dry naturally, do not twist clothes, do not expose T-shirts to the sun.
9. If the clothes need ironing, after drying, use medium-temperature steam ironing (not including high-temperature ironing of elastic fibers, so as not to damage the structure of elastic fibers, affect the elastic effect of the clothes), and do not iron directly on the pattern.
10. After ironing, do not tuck into the narrow spaces. Hang them on hangers or spread them flat to keep them flat.

6, T-shirt transfer paper usage

1. Light-colored film thermal transfer paper Usage: Mirror the pattern, cut off the blank part of the image, print side down on the parts that need to be transferred, such as clothes and pillowcases, and coat the surface with a layer of high-temperature asbestos release paper. Heating with a tablet or iron, the transfer paper can be removed before it is cooled.
2. Dark film transfer paper usage: print the front of the pattern, peel off the back side of the front side (print side) and put it on the part that needs to be transferred. After laying the high temperature separation paper, use a flatbed to heat it. Note: There are currently dark T-shirt transfer papers with mirror-printing on plastic transfer paper.
3. After transferring with a thermal transfer ink, the pattern is printed on plain paper, and the pattern can be transferred by spraying a modifier on the ordinary cotton T-shirt that needs to be transferred. The chemical fiber fabric can be directly sublimated and transferred ( 180 degrees 30 seconds). T-shirt transfer paper can be transferred with ordinary ink. With the popularization and price reduction of sublimation ink, many people now use thermal sublimation ink to print plastic film T-shirt transfer paper, but the T-shirt transfer paper The effect is not good for thermal transfer, but sublimation transfer cannot do dark clothes.

8, how to carry a cotton T-shirt transfer?

Chemical fiber or blended light-colored garments containing less than 70% cotton can be directly transferred by thermal sublimation. The breathability is free from the hand. The image and overall effect are better than any imported film transfer paper, and the price is cheaper. Can not withstand the high temperature of 180 degrees, you can use the tablet directly with a 200 degree heating test, not yellow can be used.

9, the temperature of the thermal transfer baking time

Generally speaking, the temperature can be transferred between 170-200°C, the baking time and the area of ​​the printing pattern, the coating used, the ink, the transfer paper, the ambient temperature and the humidity all have different effects. There is no absolute formula to check. The higher the temperature, the shorter the time required. The time range is within 30-100 seconds. It should be noted that the time for printing with transfer paper and regular ink should not exceed 40 seconds.
