(1) Ink. Use inks that reduce pollution and save energy. In order to reduce the volatilization of organic solvents, use inks that do not contain solvents or have low solvent content, such as replacing solvent-based inks with soybean inks in lithographic offset printing, and in gravure printing and flexographic printing. Use water-based ink. In addition, such as UV curing ink, electron beam curing ink, etc.

(2) Cleaning agent. Use low-toxic ink cleaning agents instead of gasoline and other solvents. Use ink cleaning agents only for cleaning inks and oils. For other cleaning tasks, use soap or detergent. Use a bottle with a smaller opening such as a squeeze type or a spray type as a container to limit the amount of cleaning in the rag, because a small amount of cleaning agent can wipe off a lot of ink. (3) Wipes. Re-use the rag, that is, use a dirty rag as the first scrub, and then use a clean rag as the second scrub, using recyclable rags instead of disposable rags whenever possible. If a one-time scrub is used, the cleaning agent should be separated as much as possible before treatment, and it should be wrung or centrifugal filtered. The rags and the used cleaning agent after use should be placed in sealed containers separately.
