Establish a high-efficiency anion exchange chromatography-pulse amperometric detection method for the determination of glucose, sucrose and lactose in milk powder. METROSEP CARB1 (150mm × 4.0mm) anion exchange column was used as the separation column, pulsed amperometric detection, 37mmol / L NaOH solution was used as eluent, and citric acid was used as protein precipitation agent. The linear ranges of glucose, sucrose and lactose are 1-40, 1-50, 1-50mg / L, the correlation coefficients are 0.9966, 0.9968, 0.9985, the detection limits are 0.014, 0.091, 0.083mg / L, and the precision is 1.10% ~ 4.96%, the recovery rate is 90.13% ~ 104.83%. The method has short analysis time and simple pretreatment, and is suitable for the rapid determination of glucose, sucrose and lactose in milk powder.
