1. When using it, pay attention to distinguish the seasonal and weather temperature changes, and select the appropriate varnish. The winter formula has a lower solid content than the summer formula in order to improve the smoothing performance of the varnish when the temperature is lower in winter; in the summer, the temperature is higher and the solid content is increased to increase the UV curing speed.

2. If the winter formula is used in summer, the UV oil will not be cured completely, and it is easy to cause anti-sticking; otherwise, if the summer formula is used in winter, the UV oil will have poor smoothing performance, causing foaming and orange peel.

Second, the UV varnish should be fully stirred before use

UV varnish is made by blending many kinds of chemical raw materials. After a long time without use, some of the chemical raw materials of the varnish in the barrel will be separated, and they should be stirred well before use.

3. Avoid incomplete drying and anti-sticking methods

1. The speed of the light curing machine is adjusted to the slowest speed that does not affect production.

2. Choose 2 * 5.6kw light curing machines, the normal speed is 30m / min.

3. The UV lamp tube that has not expired (the national standard is: 800h ~ 1000h, domestic lamp is about 500h).

4. The UV lamp tube and lampshade should be cleaned and wiped with alcohol once a month to avoid the dust blocking and affecting the curing effect.

5. The product can not be stacked immediately after finishing the UV curing machine. It should be divided into 5-10 sheets and placed on a drying rack to cool for 15 minutes before being stacked.

6. If you encounter dark blue, black, special substrates, use fast-drying UV varnish or reduce the speed.

Fourth, how to detect whether the UV dumb varnish is completely dry and avoid the phenomenon of anti-sticking

UV dull film varnish is made with low melting point resin. In the hot summer, if the side is not completely dry, it is easy to reverse stick. First of all, the drying procedure of UV varnish is divided into surface drying and deep drying, so it is impossible to rely on hand mold alone. At present, there is no definite method for testing and drying in the industry, but the following three methods can be provided according to experience:

1. Use a dry index finger to firmly press the dried UV varnish surface layer for 5 seconds and let go of the non-stick hand to completely dry.

2. Several sheets of finished products are stacked and pressed with a force of 50kg to 100kg for 2-3 hours.

3. Wipe the surface with talc.
