Tian Ling environmental water-based ink FEC-3000, FEC-6000 series

To meet the needs of the market, Tianling Fine Chemicals developed and launched a 21st century environment-friendly screen printing water-based ink. FEC-3000 and FEC-6000 in this product series have become the preferred products for many printing companies because of their excellent printing properties and fastness.

FEC-3000 water-based lycra is a PU elastic ink designed for high elasticity fabrics such as spandex. With high stretch elasticity, resilience, salt water wash and so on. With a soft touch, good elasticity and high adhesion, it is the best choice for elastic fabrics such as swimwear and underwear.

FEC-6000 water-based flexible varnish is used to cover the surface of water-based inks and pastes to enhance the high gloss effect and wash fastness of printed patterns. The product has excellent elasticity, excellent affinity with the paste, multiple advantages such as good elasticity, abrasion resistance, high gloss, high transparency and fullness, and no back tack after drying. Its brightness is comparable to silicone.

The water-based ink produced by Tian Ling Company is in line with the standard of heavy metal detection for toys (EN.71). It does not contain organic solvents such as NVP and is more environmentally friendly and healthier.
