British cling film can be eaten with fruit

Scientists at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom have developed a fruit cling film that not only extends the shelf life of fruit, but also eats with fruit.

This kind of fruit cling film is prepared by making sugar, oil, cellulase and glycerin into special solutions, and then putting the fruit into this hot solution to soak slightly; when the fruit is removed from the hot solution, the surface will remain. The next layer is a thin, almost invisible protective film. The protective film can effectively prevent the bacteria from infiltrating and prevent the fruit from rot; it can also be eaten together with the fruit and has a delicious taste.
