Four preprinted on the corrugating machine molding precautions

After the printing is completed, the printed paper roll is sent onto a corrugated paper machine and a three- or five-layer paperboard is laminated. In this most important stage, there are basically the following key points to fully grasp.

1 Whether the ink will be heated and deinked, causing a color mark on the surface of the plate

Basically, the ink used for preprinting must be heat-resistant and wear-resistant, but when it is actually in line, when the knife has not been traced to the printed image, the corrugator is too slow (a speed of about 20m to 30m), resulting in starch glue. The vapor generated during pasting is penetrated from the back side of the printed surface paper to the surface, resulting in softening of the ink, and the temperature of the surface of the hot plate of about 180° C. and friction causes the so-called ink drag mark.

In order to avoid this phenomenon, the key lies in the proficiency of the cutting knife operator. The sooner you let the knife capture the sensory eye mark, and then accelerate the speed to more than 50 meters. The ink mark naturally disappears and you can start. Mass production of preprinted cardboard.

2 NCcutter Computer Software

Nowadays, NCcutter, a high-grade corrugated paper machine, has long reserved traces and software needed by tracers that can track the electric eye control. However, it is mostly optional. As long as they are willing to spend money, the manufacturers will immediately offer them.

The first Taiwan-based cutting device that can be pre-printed by the author is indeed a Taiwan-based device for nearly 20 years. Therefore, the device does not have any reserved circuit and computer software. Therefore, special software and lines must be rebuilt.

The quality of the logic control on the software determines the key factors for the success of the preprint. In the transformation of this old NCcutter, in my sense, for this part of NCcutter's transformation, a fairly complete logic control software was made, not only accurate (error within 1mm), but also various The function of correcting errors is said to be quite reasonable (cheap). It is the most valuable and least risky for the paper mill owner to use the equipment that is old and to use the oldest machine to obtain new life and new technology at the lowest cost.

From this example, I can say that if the paper mill can find a suitable pre-printed partner for OEM, the small investment can also produce the best benefits for the factory.

Preprinting is not suitable for every manufacturer to develop. This is a matter of opinion. If your corrugated paper is wider than 2.2m, unless it is a big first-class plant, plus a certain order, you can invest in a soft one. The risk of printing presses to develop preprints is really not small, and the chances of manufacturers who can find OEMs for flexo printing are not great, so they must be evaluated very cautiously.

For manufacturers with 1.8m or 1.6m corrugating machines, the relative risk is much lower. If a wrap-around carton is used in conjunction with an automatic packaging machine, the daily consumable products (such as beverages and beer) are preprinted, and the feasibility of investing in preprints can naturally be researched. Manufacturers can find preprinted OEMs. It is relatively easy to invest in a flexo printing press. In addition, I personally think that the preprinted carton board is still dominated by B, E, and F. In particular, the giant and F楞 carton is the main stream for the development of preprinted cartons. On the contrary, the 1.6m corrugator is the most important. Suitable for the development of carton pre-printed!

Prepress is not an inability to do it, but how to do it! Personally think that only when it comes to professional division of labor, like the highly professional division of labor in the electronics industry, can we achieve profit sharing and reduce investment risk. In addition, the loyalty of customers in the market is getting lower and lower, the product cycle is getting shorter and shorter, the price of cardboard boxes is being competed, and the profit space is being compressed. How to cut into the market in a proper way, and the products cannot be replaced at will in cost, manufacturing process and quality. The status of the company and the creation of new niches are the path the paper machine factory should take.
