Exposure time

The exposure time of the printing plate is related to the depth of the printing plate. The exposure time is too long, the dot area is small, the exposure time is too short, and the printing plate is relatively deep. Exposure time also has a lot to do with plates. The original outlets are small, and the relative density is low, but the relative time is short. In the field, the coarse network is relatively long. Different PS plates require different exposure times.

2. Keep clean

The glass of the printing machine should be kept clean. The transparency of the glass is not enough and the light penetration will be affected. If the lamp is used for too long, its power will be reduced, the exposure will be insufficient, and the printed version will be blurred. In the print version, it should be fully noted that the original version and the PS version must be closely combined. Glass and blankets are not even, dust is trapped on the pad, dirt on the film on the film, and vacuum insufficiency, etc., can cause poor adhesion between the film and the photosensitive layer of the plate, causing diffraction phenomena when the light passes through, resulting in printing plates. Dots that appear to be imaginary, narrow, or have ink-absorption appear, which affects the reproducibility of image reproduction.

In addition, the overlap of film during imposition may not be as effective. If there is a small amount of air leakage at some of the edge areas, the PS plate and the film will not stick tightly, and the printed image will fade.

3. Printing environment and machine maintenance

(1) The printing room environment should be clean, especially the printing plate glass, must be wiped clean before work; In addition, the development machine should be regularly cleaned and maintained.

(2) Light source and illumination should be checked regularly.

(3) The storage area of ​​the PS plate must be installed with cold air or a low temperature and dry place to avoid the water tank. When using the PS version, be careful not to bend or scratch, and do not touch the surface with hands covered with oil or developer.
