Note: In the table, ripening 1 refers to the storage time at around 50°C. CPP pull-off 2 means that most of the tested samples are broken. The peeling strength data can be measured as 3.5 to 6.4 N/15mm. After compounding the films with three different thicknesses in the table, we found that YH501SL has a higher initial tack, but the initial tack force of composite films with different thicknesses is slightly different. Comparing 1# composite films (hereinafter abbreviated as 1#) is 1.06N/15mm,
2# composite membrane (hereinafter referred to as 2#) is 1.18N/15mm,
The 3# composite membrane (hereinafter abbreviated as 3#) is 1.36N/15mm.
It can be seen that the thicker the film thickness, the higher the initial tack. After 24 hours aging (curing at 50°C), the strength increased significantly. The 1#, 2#, and 3# reached 1.96N/15mm, 2.69N/15mm, and 2.72N/15mm, respectively. After 48 hours aging, the strength increased further and reached a maximum value. During the experiment, most of the CPPs were broken and the measurable intensity was 3.5-6.4 N/15 mm. However, as the aging time increased, the material was damaged and the aluminum layer was coated. Partial transfer, the intensity began to decline: peel strength of 1#, 2#, 3# after 72 hours aging was 1.64N/15mm, respectively, CPP pulled off; peel strength of 1#, 2#, 3# after 96 hours aging was 1.46N/15mm, 2.45N/15mm, 2.55N/15mm. This is mainly because the aluminum layer is destroyed by being exposed to high temperatures in a drying room for a long time. It is recommended that the aging time at 50°C should not exceed 48 hours.
It can be seen from the table that the YH501SL/VM10 adhesive has a higher initial tack; composite films with different thicknesses have slightly different peeling strengths; the film thickness is larger and the peeling strength is also slightly larger. After 24 hours aging, the peel strength was very high. The peeling strength reached its maximum after aging for 48 hours, and the aging strength continued to decrease, and the aluminum plating layer was partially transferred. It is recommended that the aging time at 50°C should not exceed 48 hours.
