Longyuan Paper Waste Paper Delivery Vehicle Specification:
1. Persons and vehicles that are blacklisted are prohibited from entering the factory;
2. Vehicles that are blocked by the front of the car and painted with reflective paint are prohibited from entering the factory;
3. Vehicles with a length of more than 18 meters between the front axle and the last axle, a total height exceeding 4.5 meters and a width exceeding 3 meters are prohibited from entering the factory;
4, loose paper, vertical charter parcels, loading less than 16 packs (ton pack) and weight less than 14 tons (or less than 12 packs and less than 10 tons of weight) are prohibited from entering the factory;
5. Box-type trucks that cannot completely dismantle the high-bar are prohibited from entering the factory;
6. Vehicles with a package length exceeding 2 meters are delayed into the factory;
7. Waste paper can't be mixed with other items. Tons of waste paper and other packaged waste paper can't be mixed. Different grades of waste paper can't be mixed. The packed paper can't be super wide, long, and lack of bag. The width of the upper and lower layers and the number of layers should be the same. Different types of packages should not be placed in a mixed manner. They should not be placed horizontally or vertically. Otherwise, delay into the factory;
8. There should be no penetrating visual gap between the paper bags. It can not be loaded with typeface and T-shape, otherwise it will be delayed into the factory;
9. Before entering the factory, the tarpaulin and the tied rope should be uncovered; the front and rear ropes of the semi-trailer can not be lifted;
10. Only one driver is allowed to enter the factory. The driver is required to wear a reflective vest and is neatly dressed. It is forbidden to get off the bus. Photographing, prohibition of filming, heavy car and empty car scale are prohibited.
11. The vehicle should be equipped with an exhaust pipe flame arrester when entering the factory;
12. Before the vehicle enters the factory, it is necessary to let off the cooling water, remove sandbags, soil bags, stones, bricks, construction waste, heavy iron bars, etc. Once the violation is found, the owner of the claim is 5,000 yuan/car, and the vehicle and the driver will be taken. The owner of the goods is blacklisted;
13. After the registration, the vehicle should be affixed to the specification and integrity of the barcode label outside the factory. The remaining self-adhesive paper should be disposed of by the guard at the centralized position.
14. Vehicles that meet the requirements of the factory are in order, and the speed is less than 5km. Listen to the instructions of the on-site staff, swipe the card to measure the water, swipe the card, check the card, unload the truck, and unload the vehicle. The paper must be removed at the designated location. Chips (no throwing), garbage with the car is forbidden to be discarded in the factory, the card is overweight, and the empty car is delivered (no staff in the factory area asks the driver to stop getting off the bus).
15. The vast number of suppliers and carriers that cooperate with the company promise to resist malicious fraud and unfair trade practices, and if they find that they will intervene in the judicial process or pursue legal responsibility.
